Mobile Massage Therapy Services We Bring to Your Door

Each modality solves a different problem. Tell us what's going on with your body and we'll match the technique, then bring it to your home, hotel, or office. Not sure where to start? A 60-minute customized session usually points us in the right direction.

Therapist performing deep tissue massage on a client's back

Deep Tissue Massage

Slow, deliberate pressure that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Our most-requested service for chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain.

Swedish massage with long flowing strokes

Swedish Massage

Long, gliding strokes that calm the nervous system. Ideal first session, stress relief, and general muscle tension. A solid foundation for new clients.

Sports massage on a runner's leg

Sports Massage

Built for runners, lifters, MSU athletes, and anyone training hard. Pre-event, post-event, and maintenance work to keep you on the field.

Prenatal massage with side-lying support pillows

Prenatal Massage

Side-lying, bolstered positioning that's safe through every trimester. Helps with low back ache, hip pain, and swelling.

Hot stones placed along the spine during massage

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth basalt stones, warmed and placed along key muscle groups. Excellent for cold Michigan winters when your back just won't loosen up.

Trigger point therapy targeting upper trapezius

Trigger Point Therapy

Direct, sustained pressure on knotted muscle fibers that refer pain elsewhere in the body. Often the missing piece for tension headaches.

Cupping therapy session showing silicone cups on back

Cupping Therapy

Negative-pressure suction that lifts tissue, increases local blood flow, and breaks up adhesions. Great add-on for tight backs and IT bands.

Reflexology pressure points on the foot

Reflexology

Targeted pressure on points in the feet that map to the rest of the body. A quieter, fully-clothed option that still delivers measurable relief.

Why Lansing Picks Our Mobile Therapists

We're not a quick-turn spa. Our therapists treat each session like therapeutic work, because for most of our clients it is. People book us for tight hips from sitting in a state office cube, hamstrings shredded from a long run on the Lansing River Trail, or low backs that just won't quit after pregnancy. We listen first, then build the session around what you actually need, in the comfort of your own space.

  • Licensed Michigan therapists, not contractors who rotate weekly
  • Professional setup in your space: portable table, fresh linens, and calming music every session
  • Detailed intake on your first visit, so we don't waste your hour guessing
  • Real follow-up between sessions, including stretching and self-care suggestions
  • HSA and FSA accepted with proper documentation
  • Gift certificates for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations

Our Therapists

Every therapist on our team is licensed in the State of Michigan, has passed the MBLEx, and continues training each year. Most of us hold additional certifications in modalities like myofascial release, prenatal work, or sports recovery.

Therapeutic Approach

We document treatment plans for return clients. If you came in for a frozen shoulder six weeks ago, your therapist will know exactly what we did and where we're going next.

Continuing Education

Michigan requires ongoing CEUs to keep a massage license active. Our team usually exceeds the minimum, with recent training in cupping, sports recovery, and prenatal protocols.

Communication First

Pressure too deep? Cold in the room? Need a different position? Speak up. Every session is a conversation, and we'd rather adjust than have you leave uncomfortable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Weekday mornings and Saturdays fill up first, often a week out. Weekday afternoons usually have something open within 48 hours. Same-day cancellations happen, so it's worth a call to (517) 657-4090 if you need something quick.

Just space for a portable table (about the size of a twin bed) and a parking spot. The therapist brings everything else: table, fresh linens, bolsters, oil or lotion, and quiet music. You provide the room.

Living rooms, bedrooms, hotel rooms, offices, finished basements, anywhere quiet enough for you to actually relax. We'll work with the space you have and make it feel calm.

Travel is included within our listed service area: Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Holt, Haslett, DeWitt, and Mason. If you're a little outside that range, call us and we can usually quote a small travel fee to make it work.

We don't bill insurance directly, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Some clients with auto-injury or workers' comp claims get reimbursed through their attorney or claim representative.

Tell us at intake. We'll walk you through what to expect, how the draping works, and check in often during your session. A 60-minute Swedish or customized session is the easiest way to start.

Yes. Several of our regulars are Spartan athletes and club sport competitors. We come to your apartment, dorm common space, or training facility, and coordinate around competition windows for pre-event flushing, deeper recovery, or maintenance work.

We do, both digital and printed. They're available for any session length or package. Just call or use the contact form and we'll have one ready within an hour during business hours.
