Travel is included in the listed rates for sessions inside our service area: Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Holt, Haslett, DeWitt, and Mason. If you're a little outside that range, give us a call. We can usually quote a small travel fee to make it work.
We accept HSA and FSA cards directly at checkout. Massage therapy with documented therapeutic intent is generally an eligible expense, though plan rules vary. We can provide an itemized receipt with diagnosis-related notes when appropriate.
We don't bill medical insurance directly. For auto-injury or workers' comp clients, we can provide treatment notes that your attorney or claim representative can submit for reimbursement. Talk to us at intake about what documentation you need.
Available digitally or as printed cards. Any session length, any service. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers, or just because. Call (517) 657-4090 or use the contact form and we can usually have one ready within an hour during business hours.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations are charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full. We get it, things come up. Call us, we'd rather reschedule than charge you.
Mention it when you book. We'll add 10 to 15 minutes to your first intake so we can talk through your history without eating into your massage time. No first-visit upsells, no pressure to buy a package on day one.
